Coronavirus (COVID -19) Update
At Citizens National Bank of Lebanon, the health and safety of our employees, customers and community is always our first priority. As we continue to monitor the developing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we want to ensure that our customers are aware of their options for banking services, as well as our business continuity plan.
As always, access to your deposit accounts is available 24 hours a day at CNB ATMs. You may also want to consider shopping online during this time, which can be done easily with your credit or debit card.
Customers should consider enrollment in our online and mobile banking! You can download our free apps in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
If you visit our bank during this time, please know that our staff is available to assist you and that we are taking preventative measures to promote the health and safety of our employees and customers.
At this time, we ask that handshakes and other physical greetings between employees and customers be completely avoided. We are also taking proactive measure to ensure that our teller stations, desks and other contact areas are properly sanitized each day.
During this time, we also want to remind you that CNB will never contact you to ask for information such as your social security number or passwords over the phone, by text or email.
